Looking for a nurturing space to move, relax and prepare for birth? Our Pregnancy Yoga classes in Peterborough are specifically designed to support your changing body and growing baby in a safe, empowering and calming environment.
You don’t need any prior yoga experience to join us. Our sessions are welcoming, inclusive and suitable for all levels - so please don’t worry if you’ve never stepped foot on a yoga mat before.

It’s usually best to begin Pregnancy Yoga after your 12-week scan, once you're into your second trimester. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or experience complications during pregnancy, we recommend speaking with your midwife or GP before attending, and sharing this information on your booking form so we can support you safely.
Each class includes gentle, flowing movement, breathwork, and time for deep relaxation. As your pregnancy progresses, your practice can be adapted to meet your needs and support symptoms such as pelvic girdle pain or sciatica.
You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with other mums to be and explore different aspects of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood in a calm, positive space.

Yes! Every class is streamed live online, so if you can’t attend in person, you can still join us from the comfort of your own home. After each session, a class recording is sent to all participants so you can practise again or catch up at a time that works for you.
Mats are provided in our studio, but you’re welcome to bring your own. Please wear something comfortable, bring a drink to stay hydrated, and feel free to bring a cosy blanket or pillow for relaxation at the end of class.
Pregnancy Yoga classes are booked in 8-week blocks, and sessions are taken consecutively. While we are unable to offer refunds or transfers for missed sessions, recordings are provided after each class so you never miss out.

Our Mum & Baby Yoga and Baby Massage classes in Peterborough offer gentle postnatal support, helping ease aches, strengthen your body, bond with your baby, and connect with other local mums in a welcoming, supportive space.
