You can’t pour from an empty cup, so this is your chance to stop, relax, replenish and restore.

Who is it for?

This is a women’s only retreat suitable for all ages and levels of experience.

(Unfortunately these retreats are not suitable for pregnancy or the first 5 months after birth)
