Embrace Yoga Evening Retreats

You can’t pour from an empty cup, so this is your chance to stop, relax, replenish and restore.

This is a women’s only retreat suitable for all ages and levels of experience.

Pregnancy & Aromatherapy Massage Retreat

Embrace Yoga and The Mama Rituals have teamed up to bring you a blissful afternoon retreat, specifically designed for pregnancy, in a beautiful space filled with soft lighting and gorgeous aromatherapy blends.

We will explore breathing techniques and prenatal yoga to support you through your pregnancy and guide you through your birth, followed by soothing meditation and dreamy deep relaxation.

You will also be guided through the properties and benefits of different, pregnancy safe, aromatherapy oils, how they can support and comfort you during your pregnancy and within your birth space, and create your very own blend to use and take home with you.

All of this, as well and a deeply indulgent, and absolutely deserved (you are growing a person after all!), mini aromatherapy massage to suit your preference, will leave you feeling pampered, refreshed and uplifted.
